Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for maintaining clean and safe environments. This role involves performing various cleaning tasks in commercial, residential, and industrial settings, ensuring that all areas are spotless and well-maintained.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and waxing to enhance the appearance of flooring surfaces.
- Execute janitorial and custodial duties in commercial facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Participate in facilities maintenance activities to support overall upkeep of the property.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Experience in commercial cleaning environments is advantageous.
- Knowledge of residential painting and maintenance tasks is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
