What You Will Be Doing
As a Warehouse Integrator Team Lead - Level 5, you will serve as the technical and operational lead for the Aeronautics Sustainment Supply team, overseeing all aspects of warehousing and, when required, transportation for F‑16, F‑22, and F‑35 sustainment programs. You will be required to serve as a hands‑on problem‑solver who can drive continuous improvement, coordinate across multiple business lines, and maintain direct customer engagement.
Core Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a small team (≤ 5 members) across U.S., Netherlands, and Australia warehouses.
• Manage end‑to‑end warehouse functions: receiving, inventory control, shipping, compliance, dangerous‑goods handling, contracts, and time‑card accuracy.
• Serve as the primary liaison for F‑16, F‑22, and F‑35 sustainment supply issues, interfacing with customers and internal business units.
• Utilize SAP and GOLDesp to track parts, replenishment, and logistics metrics; ensure data integrity.
• Identify and implement process improvements (Lean, Six‑Sigma, DMAIC) to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
• Prepare, analyze, and present performance metrics; drive the team toward world‑class standards.
• Coordinate training, meetings, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure alignment with program goals.
• Occasionally support transportation logistics when required by program needs.

Basic Qualifications:
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, OR combination of equivalent education and experience
• Demonstrated experience in inventory, logistics, warehouse management, and/or sustainment warehousing
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams or project teams
• Previous experience with continuous improvement, metrics reporting, and customer‑focused execution
Desired Skills:
Lean Six‑Sigma, DMAIC, Agile methodology experience – a strong plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Familiarity with SAP and GOLDesp or comparable logistics systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead a dispersed team and achieve measurable performance gains.
Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable presenting metrics to senior leadership.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
