About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced product management professional to drive the development and execution of large-scale, transformational core banking platform conversions. This role serves as a Delivery Lead, providing strategic and operational leadership across critical product and technology milestones. The position is responsible for coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring delivery alignment, and advancing key initiatives within the Core Banking Platform as part of the enterprise-wide core banking system transformation.
In this role, you will:- Lead end-to-end program management for complex, cross-organizational transformation efforts, with a focus on product delivery and execution.
- Provide reporting, recommendations, and structured decision support to drive alignment, manage risk, and enable effective execution across parallel epics and integrations.
- Drive product roadmap execution and governance, ensuring clarity of scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics for each epic.
- Partner with delivery teams to support timely decisions on architecture, sequencing, and implementation approaches.
- Identify, manage, and escalate delivery impediments to maintain execution momentum.
- Coordinate co-suppliers and stakeholders to ensure synchronized delivery and consistent outcomes.
- Develop high-quality executive communications, including status updates, product materials, risk assessments, and recommendations for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Background in product development and execution across the full SDLC
- Program management experience, including technology program delivery
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in parallel.
- Strong facilitation skills to drive alignment and effective decision-making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience using JIRA for backlog management, tracking, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience within the financial services industry, leveraging domain knowledge to build compliant, user-centric digital products and drive innovative solutions in a regulated environment

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$159,000.00 - $254,000.00
