MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented
Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Global Talent Acquisition team in
Herndon, VA. This position is primarily remote but may require being in the office one day a week.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will leverage their strong administrative background and operational knowledge to support the full life cycle recruitment process, ensuring compliance with MANTECH and OFCCP standards while managing the logistics of the hiring and onboarding journey.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Supporting Talent Acquisition Business Partners by providing administrative assistance and operational guidance throughout the full life cycle talent acquisition process.
- Creating and auditing requisitions to ensure they meet MANTECH and OFCCP compliance standards.
- Managing and overseeing the logistics of the hiring process, including the offer, background check, and onboarding stages.
- Partnering with stakeholders to manage complex hires and providing requisition and hire updates to leadership.
- Supporting surge efforts as required while completing work with a limited degree of supervision.
- Providing solutions to atypical problems based on proven practices and offering guidance to fellow team members.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree: or a High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Proven ability to meet operational requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of experience working specifically within a Talent Acquisition organization.
- Experience maintaining and communicating complex documentation and compliance items
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Workday.
- Proficiency with both Google Workspace and MS Office applications.
- Experience working across a team and managing intertwined processes.
