Overview
The Lobby Concierge serves as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and visitors at the Zappos Corporate Office (LAS10) in Las Vegas, NV. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional, personalized experience that reflects Zappos' culture of outstanding service. You will manage front lobby operations, assist with visitor coordination, and serve as a knowledgeable resource for building amenities, local attractions, and workplace services.
Pay: $20/hr
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities
Key Job Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome all employees, guests, and visitors in a warm, professional manner
• Manage visitor check-in and check-out processes, including badge issuance and escort coordination
• Respond to inquiries regarding building amenities, workplace services (Bistro, Z'Café, catering), local dining, transportation, and attractions
• Coordinate reservations, transportation arrangements, and special requests for employees and guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby environment
• Partner with Facilities, Security, and other internal teams to ensure seamless lobby operations
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence directed to the front desk
• Assist with scheduling and logistics for on-site events and meetings
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and adhere to building security protocols
• Support catering and event coordination as needed in partnership with the Facilities team
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, or front desk roles
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and visitor management tools
- Knowledge of building services, amenities, or local attractions is a plus
- Dependable, detail‑oriented, and committed to excellent guest experiences
