VP, AI Product for Platform Infrastructure
About your role:
As VP, AI Product for Platform Infrastructure, you will lead the product strategy and execution for core artificial intelligence capabilities within Financial Solutions at Fiserv. You will define the infrastructure, governance frameworks, and shared platform services that enable financial institutions to deploy AI safely, efficiently, and at scale. You will work across Product, Engineering, Operations, and business leaders to turn platform investments into measurable business and client value.
What you'll do:
- Define and drive the product strategy for generative artificial intelligence and broader AI platform capabilities that support customer-facing and internal use cases
- Lead product requirements for AI agent management capabilities, including orchestration, lifecycle management, monitoring, and controls
- Establish product requirements for AI governance capabilities that align with security, ethical, risk, and regulatory expectations for banking and financial technology clients
- Evaluate build, buy, and partner options for foundational AI infrastructure and platform capabilities, and recommend approaches based on business value, technical feasibility, and operational readiness
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Product leaders to deliver standardized platform features that accelerate AI-enabled product development and workflow automation
- Coordinate pilots and proofs of concept for new platform features and agentic workflows, and translate results into product decisions, roadmaps, and adoption plans
- Measure platform adoption, operational productivity, and time-to-market improvements to inform prioritization and continuous enhancement

Experience you'll need to have:
- 12+ years of experience in product management, technology strategy, platform infrastructure, partnerships, or related roles with responsibility for enterprise platform capabilities
- 12+ years of experience working across matrixed organizations to align business, product, and engineering stakeholders on strategy, roadmap, and execution
- 12+ years of experience defining product requirements, prioritizing roadmaps, and delivering technology capabilities in regulated industries such as banking, payments, financial services, or financial technology
- 12+ years of experience evaluating technical solutions and vendor ecosystems, including build, buy, and partner decisions for enterprise platforms
- Experience with generative artificial intelligence, AI platforms, agent-based systems, governance frameworks, and platform operating models
- Ability to translate technical architecture concepts into product requirements, operating models, and measurable business outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience supporting AI adoption in banking, payments, or other highly regulated environments
- Experience working with startup and early-stage technology providers to assess emerging capabilities
- Experience defining governance models for AI risk, compliance, and responsible use
- Experience measuring operational productivity improvements tied to automation and AI enablement
How you'll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range
$220,000.00 - $330,000.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in Sunnyvale, California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
