Who we’re looking for
Toyota Battery Manufacturing North Carolina’s (TBMNC) Production Control Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Central Control Room (CCR) Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to communicate, escalate, and coordinate discussions regarding items that impact the overall production status for production lines at TBMNC. This analyst will report to the CCR Manager within the Production Control department.
CCR provides accurate, timely, and consistent visibility of plant conditions to enable fact-based decision making. The CCR analyst supports the operation by visualizing gaps and risks/impacts, coordinating and facilitating cross-functional discussions, and communicating impacts to relevant stakeholders at TBMNC.
What you’ll be doing
Identifying issues & gaps that could hinder the achievement of production requirements
Validate and analyze data for escalation. Follow up with issues until countermeasures are identified
Facilitate decision making meetings with key stakeholders at all levels within the organization
This role requires multi-tasking with many areas with conflicting deadlines and priorities
This role requires experience effectively communicating and working with many individuals and entities at any given time
What you bring
Strong Microsoft Office skills. (Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience leading cross-functional meetings / discussions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience creating visuals to summarize data (graphs, charts, etc.)
Experience with manufacturing process
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Willing to work a 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3 schedule
Added bonus if you have
Problem solving, analytical, and crisis management skills
Battery, Automotive, or other Manufacturing experience
Control Room / ALC experience
Major Model Launch / Plant Start-up
Technical problem-solving abilities & experience (PDCA, RC/CM, TBP)
3 Pillar management / execution experience
Business planning (Hoshin) development & execution
Working experience with Power BI
