Duties
- Safely operate a box truck or similar commercial vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Load and unload furniture, appliances and bedding
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes, maintaining punctuality and professionalism throughout each shift
- Interact courteously with customers during deliveries, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns
- Verify delivery orders against shipment documentation, ensuring accuracy before loading and upon arrival at each destination
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety inspections to ensure optimal operation
- Complete delivery logs, route sheets, and incident reports accurately and promptly
Experience
- Previous delivery driver experience with a proven track record of safe driving and reliable service
- Experience operating commercial vehicles such as box trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles
- Knowledge of route driving best practices to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely for extended periods
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor

Pay: $46,840.81 - $56,410.44 per year
