職務内容
- Converts mid-term production plans into short-term plans by turning planned orders into firm orders Develops and reviews short-term production and scheduling plans, considering capacity and timing Manages stock transfers up to the 1st decoupling point and coordinates with the Replenishment Planner Monitors daily production against weekly plans, tracking availability and adherence, and suggests corrective actions Identifies short-term FG requirements and provides allocation proposals based on business priorities Assists in inventory analysis by reviewing policies, tracking slow-movers, and monitoring obsolete stock Maintains key manufacturing parameters, including capacity constraints, for accurate planning Provides inputs for S&OE, addressing material availability and capacity constraints Works with Plant Production Schedulers to coordinate on scheduling activities Collaborates with Purchasing and Material Planning to ensure raw material availability for production Supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall planning performance
