Prepare, review, and oversee cost estimate deliverables for Bid/Proposals, tax accruals, ongoing estimates for active assignments, and one-off requests

Manage tax positions within Equus platform

Ensure standard work is updated timely, as well as providing ongoing process improvements

Govern metrics and SLA’s on cost estimate delivery to internal stakeholders

Lead training on RTX mobility package design philosophy and tax equalization with cost estimate team and internal stakeholders, as needed

Ensure exception process is followed with key stakeholders during the cost estimate process, as required

Provide information to support requests from internal and external audits

Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with the business unit program leadership and finance teams

Collaborate with Mobility COE, Operations, and cross functional teams

Engage with cross functional stakeholders for assignment structure design support for updates to existing location and for new locations

Document requirements and cost estimate activities in system to ensure automated flow throughout entire assignment lifecycle
Qualifications You Must Have
-
This role typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field and a minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

At least 5 years’ experience preparing, reviewing and overseeing cost estimate deliverables for Bid/Proposals, tax accruals, ongoing estimates for active assignments, and one-off requests

Minimum of 5 years’ experience with tax cost estimates

At least 2 years of experience with Equus platform

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
