Overview
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning duties to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment across assigned facilities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the overall appearance and sanitation of the workplace, contributing to a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors. Garage operations are kept clean, safe, and customer-ready through daily inspections, cleaning/detailing, and light facility support. The Garage Technician completes assigned tasks on schedule, reports issues quickly, and follows ABM safety and quality standards.
Pay: $17.50 an hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
HOURS/SCHEDULE: MONDA TO FRIDAY: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily garage cleaning and detailing (stairs, elevators, landings, corners/edges, empty and cleaning trash receptacles).
- Sweep garage decks and walkways; remove debris and spills.
- Dust/wipe rails, gates, pay stations/kiosks (if applicable), and high-touch surfaces.
- Restock supplies and maintain organized storage areas.
- Perform routine checks and report hazards (oil leaks, broken lighting, damaged signage, trip hazards) to the Lead/Supervisor.
- Set up cones/signage for restricted areas or safety concerns when needed.
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and hazard reporting.
- Communicate clearly with Leads and other team members to ensure completion
- Document completion of assigned work orders and send pictures.
- Clean assign docks daily.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 20 lbs
- Ability to use cleaning equipment (broom, mop, blower, scrubber if assigned)
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and ability to follow a task checklist and schedule
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a parking garage environment (noise, fumes, outdoor exposure depending on site)
- Basic communication skills (verbal and written)
- Prior janitorial, facilities, or cleaning experience preferred
