Duties
- Lead and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service, sales performance, and operational efficiency
- Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control, and merchandising
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees to build a strong, motivated team aligned with company goals
- Develop training programs focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and customer service standards
- Oversee inventory management including purchasing, stocking, pricing strategies, and shrink reduction measures
- Implement marketing initiatives within the store to boost foot traffic and sales while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Proven management experience in retail sales or wireless telecommunications environments with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members effectively
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities
- Demonstrated expertise in retail math, cash handling, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and inventory management
- Experience with POS systems, purchasing procedures, merchandising, and store operations management
- Ability to conduct interviews and participate in recruiting efforts to build a talented team
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage time efficiently across multiple tasks such as shift management and administrative duties
- Knowledge of wireless sales techniques, marketing strategies, and customer service best practices

Pay: From $60,962.16 per year
