Job Description:
Responsible for the administration of learning platforms where learners, programs, trainers, and content are managed. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of educational initiatives and maintaining the quality of training materials and curriculums that support the organization’s commercial education objectives. Additionally, the analyst will provide support to the CommEd team in procurement processes, logistics management, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
•Learning Platform Administration: Manage and maintain the learning platforms used for training delivery (e.x. CVENT, SUMMIT, Axonify, etc.); ensure accurate representation of learners, programs, and trainers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the platforms and applications used in CommEd; act as a functional leader to maximize their potential and enhance educational initiatives.

•Content Editing and Administration: Edit educational materials that form the foundation for curriculum development. Ensure content is approved for copy review process (AMP) and complies with regulatory/branding requirements.

•Logistics and Procurement Support: Support the CommEd team in managing logistics for educational activities. Oversee procurement processes, generate purchase orders, control contracts information, and ensure timely execution of logistics plans. Provide on-site support for training and educational activities when feasible, based on geographic location. For Brazil, be the point of contact of CommEd with J&J Institute in Sao Paulo.

•Data Management and Reporting: Ensure alignment with defined processes that feed the area’s analytics. Monitor and ensure data quality associated with CommEd operations, including assessments. Prepare CommEd-specific reports drawn from platform reports and the area’s analytics. It includes manage dashboards in Power-Bi.
•Budget Management Support: Provide administrative support to CommEd organization in the budget execution, follow-up and control, considering the J&J policies. Prepare analysis and reports to keep a controlled budget to use in different meeting reviews.

•Stakeholder Support: Provide administrative support to trainers and other stakeholders, ensuring access to necessary resources, platforms and materials for effective training delivery. Prepare stakeholder communications and informational materials following the area’s communications plans, including Newsletters, recognitionand program execution reports; ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand governance within deadlines.

•Collaboration with CommEd Team: Work closely with the entire CommEd team to develop educational materials, share insights, and align on training initiatives.

•Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about advancements in educational technology; integrate new tools and methods into the learning platforms. Review and/or develop policies and procedures for regional LMS training and ensure their implementation.
Qualifications/Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Learning Technologies, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
•1–3 years of experience in learning operations, LMS administration, training coordination, or educational program support.
•Demonstrated experience working with digital learning platforms and educational technologies.
•Experience in commercial education, sales training, medical devices, healthcare, or regulated environments is strongly preferred.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting tools; Power BI experience is highly desirable.
•Experience supporting procurement, logistics, and budget tracking processes within a corporate environment.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese are highly desirable for LATAM roles.
•Willingness and ability to provide on‑site support for training activities when required.
Required skills
•Learning Platform & Educational Technology Management: Strong experience administering LMS and training/event platforms (e.g., CVENT, SUMMIT, Axonify or equivalent), managing learners, programs, trainers, content, and assessments, and ensuring smooth end‑to‑end learning operations.
•Content Administration & Compliance: Ability to edit, manage, and maintain educational materials, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards, copy review and approval processes (e.g., AMP), and compliance with regulatory and branding requirements.
•Data Management & Reporting: Strong analytical skills to ensure data quality and process adherence; experience preparing operational reports and managing dashboards using LMS data and analytics tools in Ms. Excel or Power BI.
•Operational, Procurement & Budget Support: Experience supporting logistics, procurement processes, purchase orders, contract tracking, and budget execution and control in accordance with corporate policies.
•Stakeholder Support & Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support trainers and stakeholders, ensuring access to platforms and resources, and preparing clear, consistent communications such as newsletters, recognition materials, and program execution reports.
•Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Proven ability to work cross‑functionally teams, contribute to the development of educational initiatives, and continuously improve learning platforms, tools, policies, and processes.
•Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
