The Autonomy Project Team Leader provides delivery leadership for crossfunctional engineering teams building and maintaining businesscritical applications deployed on a Kubernetesbased platform across onpremise and AWS environments.
This role is accountable for delivery execution, predictability, quality, and risk management, enabling teams to deliver highimpact outcomes while operating within enterprise agile practices and platform standards. The role partners closely with Product Owners, Platform teams, and stakeholders to ensure value is consistently delivered.
Own delivery health including planning, dependencies, risks, quality, and schedule commitments.
Coordinate with Platform Engineering, SRE, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure deployment readiness and operational stability.
Agile or delivery certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMP, or equivalent).
