Serves as a Senior application specialist in Mining Technology industry. Leverages mining technology application knowledge to improve mining operations, process, change management, increase customer loyalty, and improve sales force effectiveness. This position supports new implementations for MineStar Fleet.. Also supplies recommendations back through the Product Development group to influence future product development. This position will influence market requirements, trends, and key areas for product improvement. The technology specialist is assigned to a region and will report on the status of accounts and will be supported closely by more experienced Application Specialists. Provide continuous, on‑the‑job coaching to ensure correct system usage and optimal operational performance. Deliver focused technical coaching to build autonomy, confidence, and operational maturity. Strong supervisory skills with a focus on accountability and performance. Effective supervision driving consistency, safety, and results.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Position requires previous mine site experience, or significantly related dealer and customer support activities within the Continuous Improvement, service, operations, or commercial areas.
