Job Description
The Sr. Product Manager – Integrations will own the end-to-end delivery of platform integrations with distribution partners across devices and app stores. This role will also lead authentication/SSO (authentication & provisioning, entitlement mapping, account linking) and drive the development, certification, and release of partner-specific app versions and features. Additionally, this Sr. Product Manager – Integrations will coordinate metadata feeds and universal search/voice discovery to ensure content is properly indexed and discoverable, and well as manage third-party SDKs/APIs, partner roadmaps, risks, and release calendars in close collaboration with Ad Tech, Data & Analytics, QA, and the Product Owner.
Responsibilities:
- Integration ownership: Lead the planning, execution, and management of device/partner integrations from intake to launch, including the maintenance of partner requirements, timelines, certification checklists, and release schedules.
- Auth/SSO leadership: Define and validate Single Sign-On (SSO), TV Everywhere (TVE) workflows, authentication and provisioning processes, entitlement mapping, deep links, and account linking across partners and platforms to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Partner-specific builds: Coordinate the development, testing, and certification of partner-specific app builds and features, including submission to app stores and handling partner review cycles. Ensure the final builds meet all technical and business requirements.
- Metadata & discovery: Ensure program and catalog metadata, including imagery, availability windows, and feeds, are aligned with universal search, voice discovery, and other discoverability requirements to improve content visibility and user engagement.
- Contract & partner terms review: Collaborate with Legal and Procurement teams to review and redline technical schedules and partner terms, ensuring alignment with delivery plans, including obligations around APIs/SDKs, SLAs, data use, security, privacy, and certification commitments.
- Cross-functional delivery: Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, status updates, and release calendars. Work closely with Ad Tech, Data & Analytics, QA, and the Product Owner to ensure smooth, coordinated execution and timely delivery.
- Quality & compliance: Define test plans, acceptance criteria, and Go/No-Go checkpoints for partner integrations. Track defects and escalate P0 issues to resolution, ensuring the final product meets quality standards.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to partners and internal executives on project status, launch readiness, risks, and timelines, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- 4–6+ years in technical project/program management with a focus on consumer apps, streaming platforms, or device/platform integrations.
- Hands-on experience with auth/SSO/TVE workflows, third-party SDKs/APIs, and app store/device certification processes.
- Proven experience in delivery execution — including building plans, managing partner timelines, and ensuring release readiness.
- Strong understanding of contract and technical terms (API/SDK obligations, SLAs, privacy/security requirements), with experience working alongside Legal/Procurement teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
Desired Characteristics:
- Familiarity with SSAI/ad techand analytics instrumentation, and a strong understanding of privacy considerations (data retention, user consent).
- Comfortable reading technical specifications and collaborating with engineering teams/vendors to ensure seamless platform integration.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure or tight deadlines, particularly when working with external partners.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams across the region. Portuguese a plus.
