Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with an hourly pay rate starting at $19.00 / hour and a structured step pay program that adds $1.00 / hour after 90 days and $1.00 / hour after every 6 months until month #24 when the compensation reaches $24.00 / hour.
