Description:You will be the Multi‑Functional Finance Manager for the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Finance team. Our team is responsible for delivering rigorous financial analysis, planning, and earned‑value management to support high‑impact defense development programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Multi‑Functional Finance Manager you will be responsible for leading a finance team that provides analysis for orders, sales, EBIT, cash forecasting, and Earned Value Management implementation.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Direct financial analysis and reporting for orders, sales, EBIT, and cash flow.
- Implement and oversee Earned Value Management processes for development programs.
- Develop and maintain integrated financial planning models supporting program decisions.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary finance team to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with program, engineering, and acquisition stakeholders to align financial strategy with mission objectives.

Basic Qualifications:Program team leadership skills

Management defense programs and associated
cost tools and analysis.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
