岗位职责：
岗位要求：
- 大专及以上学历，机械制造、焊接技术、材料工程、机电一体化等相关专业优先。
- 3 年及以上焊接相关工作经验，有生产现场或培训经验者优先，有制造业、重工或装备行业经验者优先.。
- 熟悉常见焊接工艺具备扎实的实操基础。
- 能够根据作业指导书或工艺文件进行标准化焊接操作。
- 具备基本的焊接质量判断能力，能识别常见焊接缺陷。
- 具备培训和指导他人的能力，能够清晰讲解操作要点和注意事项。
- 熟悉基本的安全生产要求，对焊接作业中的安全风险有较强意识。
- 良好的沟通能力和责任心，愿意在现场与员工密切合作。
