Develop Systems Engineering Models as a subject matter expert in order to perform systems engineering tasks including:
-
Requirements analysis, defining system logical and physical architectures, defining interfaces, verification planning, trade studies

Coordinate with leadership, team members, and other teams in a highly matrixed organization
-
Participate in customer and/or internal gate reviews throughout the product lifecycle
-
Consistently apply engineering best practices and comply with EDSI standard work
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
-
Experience in systems engineering roles, or familiarity with systems engineering concepts and methods
-
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
-
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
-
Experience using a SysML tool, such as IBM Rhapsody ®, Cameo/Magic Draw ®, or equivalent
-
Knowledge of MBSE best practices
-
Certification in systems engineering (e.g., INCOSE CSEP)
-
OMG SysML Certification
-
Proficiency with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
-
Experience writing proposals, or generating basis of estimates
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Experience with Microsoft Office
-
Active Secret clearance

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
