The Facility Manager will support the CMMS, trades, and maintenance operations for Citizens Bank Park.
Compensation: $65,000 annual salary (US Dollars)

Position Summary:
The Facility Manager will support the 17 employee trades team and help manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for Citizens Bank Park. This role will assist with standing up and managing the CMMS system to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and superior customer service for a variety of employees, customers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strategic oversight, strong administrative skills, hands-on leadership, and excellent communications skills to lead demand, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs, optimize building systems performance, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires strong administrative and technical skills, exceptional employee and stakeholder communications skills, and the ability to efficiently, expeditiously, and safely operate and maintain a complex facility in a fast-paced, innovative industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of the new CMMS, collect and input equipment information, preventive maintenance activities, and ensure demand and PM work orders are assigned, documented, and closed.
- Utilizing the CMMS system, issue and coordinate work orders and tasks for the trades, contractors, and service providers, ensuring timely completion of work in a cost effective and safe manner.
- Onboard vendors and suppliers into procurement and accounts payable system to ensure timely material and service delivery as well as payments.
- Solicit bids, collect quotes, and recommend suppliers and services to support maintenance & repair as well as improvement projects.
- Implement cost-control measures and service-level standards aligned with client expectations and industry best practices.
- Maintain proactive communication with client stakeholders to address evolving needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee quality assurance programs, safety compliance, and environmental standards across all operations.
- Identify operational improvement initiatives, including process optimization and energy efficiency strategies.
- Coordinate and provide services for event operations to ensure timely trades support.
- Assist with ensuring compliance with ABM policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
- Support snow removal, custodial operations and seasonal maintenance activities as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Aptitude to learn knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems, and general building maintenance.
- Working knowledge of custodial operations and related service delivery.
- Knowledge in maintenance management principles, project planning, and operational budgeting.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction, reporting, and team leadership.
- Valid driver’s license.
Computer Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of BAS (Building Automation Systems) preferred.
