Overview
The Utility Attendant plays a key role in maintaining an efficient, organized, and welcoming workplace environment. This position is responsible for ensuring that conference rooms, printer stations, and micro-kitchens are adequately stocked, clean, and ready for daily employee use. The Utility Attendant supports overall workplace operations by monitoring supply levels, replenishing consumables, maintaining par levels, and supporting Facilities Administration through routine reporting and communication.
Hourly Pay: $25.00
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Shift: Mon-Fri (7am-11:30am)

Responsibilities
- Stock conference rooms with required supplies and ensure rooms are clean and ready for meetings.
- Maintain printer stations, including replenishing paper, toner, and other consumables.
- Restock micro-kitchens with snacks, beverages, utensils, and inventory items based on par levels.
- Ensure all common areas remain orderly, clean, and presentable. Inventory Management
- Monitor supply levels for conference room materials, printer consumables, and micro-kitchen products.
- Track and maintain par levels; notify Facilities Administration when inventory requires reordering.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing supply deliveries
Operational Support
- Perform routine walk-throughs of workplace zones to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
- Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or facility issues to the Facilities team.
- Support events by preparing rooms, setting up supplies, and assisting with cleanup.
- Submit daily/weekly usage reports, stocking logs, and inventory updates to Facilities Administration.
Qualifications
Preferred
- Experience in facilities support, hospitality, janitorial services, or workplace operations.
- Familiarity with printers and copiers. Work Environment

- May involve working across multiple floors or buildings
Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good communication and customer service skills
