Implement contractually required EVMS (Earned Value Management) reporting.

Evaluate and improve internal controls, tools and processes.

Lead and develop program controls team.

Collaborate cross functionally to develop monthly forecasts and quarterly forecasts, LRP and AOP, providing tactical support of forecasts and plans using various financial tools (RPLAN, SAP, BW, Excel).

Provide financial leadership in day-to-day program execution and strategy.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a university degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Math or a directly related degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant Finance/Accounting experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of Finance/Accounting experience.

Earned Value Management experience to include IBR (Integrated Baseline Reviews), delivering all EV CDRL formats.

Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Program Management, Supply Chain, Contracts, etc) in proposal development and program execution.

Experience leading and developing teams.
-
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Experience analyzing data and information necessary to ensure program performance to plan and to ensure that problem areas are identified and corrective action is taken.

Experience in organizing, preparing and presenting briefings to customers, management and peers.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
