The CE Aftermarket Operations team is looking for a Delivery Assurance Manager leading within the WPB GTF MRO organization. The selected individual will lead a cross functional team that has responsibility to drive engine build readiness and delivery execution support. The selected candidate must also be able to demonstrate the ability to indirectly lead through demonstrated competence and experience operating within a P&L unit; specifically focusing on delivery, cost, and sustainable process adherence.

Responsibilities include:*
- Provide leadership and strategic direction across the entire organization, setting both near and long term engine scheduling and delivery objectives.
- Collaborate with all functional stakeholders to execute on key deliverables that will allow for linearity across Gate 3 starts and engine completions.
- Effectively manage internal engine scheduling and process TAT recording and analysis.
- Align internal delivery objectives with the CE Ops Network objectives through clear, concise, and data driven communication.
- Provide directional guidance to external support functions including the tenants amongst the WPB site, plus our 3rd party logistics provider.
- Represent the organization in CE Ops / Network forums as the world class leader in 30K engine maintenance that we have built and maintained.
- Lead and support decision making that demonstrates exceptional financial, supply chain, and risk mitigation acumen.
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Advanced degree and 10+ years of experience in Military, Manufacturing, Business Operations / Management, Engineering, Aerospace or Aftermarket industry; OR Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant industry experience; OR Associate’s degree and 14+ years of relevant industry experience; OR High School diploma or Military / Technical Training and 16+ years of relevant industry experience

4+ years of leadership experience ideally managing technical teams and other people-leaders
Qualifications We Prefer:
-
Degree in STEM field; Engineering, Supply Chain or Management preferred.
-
Operations experience in Aftermarket Operations (AMO) or Overhaul and Repair (MRO) areas ideally within Engine Center (DAT).
-
Working knowledge of Pratt & Whitney engine shop practices, quality standards, processes and procedures.
-
Knowledge of AS9100 QMS, DOT/FAA regulations, and 14 CFR Part 145 regulations
-
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement tools (CORE/ACE/SixSigma, QCPC and RCCA).
-
Demonstrated experience in P&L management, with a track record of delivering financial performance.
-
Proven ability to lead mentoring, coaching, developing talent and motivate teams to achieve business goals; bargaining unit / union workforce experience a plus.
-
Experience using MS Office Suite, SAP ERP, Solumina MES, Smartsheet, Teamcenter and virtual meeting platforms (i.e. Zoom, MS Teams).

Excellent presentation, with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management, shop personnel and customers.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
