Our client, A Fortune 50 Financial Services company is seeking an Instructional Designer to join their team. As a Instructional Designer, you will be part of Commercial Banking supporting an nCino implementation. The ideal candidate will have corporate training experience, CRM/Salesforce/nCino exposure, and prior financial services experience which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Instructional Designer/Trainer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay: 48.00-52.00 per hour
What’s the Job?
- Experience in understanding financial services, preferably commercial banking
- Experience and familiarity in lending specifically understanding loans and their life cycle from booking, origination, funding, servicing, ideally commercial loans
- Versatile candidate who can come up to speed quickly with the nCino materials. Capable to read and digest user impact analysis to support development of new training based on feature changes and/or modify training and related training materials
- Prior experience in a technical training role, e.g. large software/user interface transformation
- Experience developing/updating curriculum based on the changes in the underlying systems. Note: There is a core curriculum that needs to be maintained with a pool of trainers (3 others) based on new features
- Experience and familiarity with training “hands on keys” as part of the curriculum, e.g. interacting with a loan, making changes to a loan in the training environment
- Can serve multiple roles, e.g. facilitation, taking notes, resolving issues and keep users moving forward in training while others facilitate, running a system to keep the training moving forward
- Be able to create loan test cases and load them into the training environment to support hands on keys in training
