Camp Counselor – Camp Crowe 2026
$600/week | Full-Time | Ages 18+ | Greensboro, NC
Camp Crowe is seeking energetic, responsible, and kid‑loving leaders to join our 2026 summer team. Our counselors create the magic of camp — leading activities, keeping campers safe, and helping every child feel welcomed and excited each day.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a group of 25+ campers through daily rotations
- Facilitate activities (arts, crafts, fitness, STEM, games, themed events)
- Maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment
- Support transitions, field trips, and daily routines
- Build strong relationships with campers and families
- Assist with light daily tidying (sweeping shared spaces, touching up bathrooms, restocking supplies — not deep cleaning)
- Help set up and clean up activities throughout the day
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable, mature, and able to lead large groups
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Enjoys working with children and being active outdoors
- Able to work Monday–Friday for the full summer season
Compensation
- $600 per week
- Paid weekly
- Staff shirt provided
What This Job Is NOT
We do not expect counselors to:
- Perform deep cleaning or janitorial work
- Handle administrative tasks
- Manage parent conflicts
- Work off the clock
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Approximately 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- June–August 2026
