Overview
Are you ready to take on a role that makes a real impact? Join our team as an EV Charging Program Manager. This dynamic position involves working cross-functionally to continue building and maturing a program, while overseeing day-to-day supervision and administrative activities to ensure our EVSE Equipment meets contract requirements. You’ll monitor and report on charging performance for a customer with 24x7 EV fleet charging depot operations with heavy utilization for a growing number of sites across North America and several upcoming International locations.
You have attention to detail and the relevant experience to help inform the business of best practices and gaps in the current program to continuously improve performance and identify/prioritize areas for improvement.
This role is marked as Hybrid with no required location, but ability to travel to various sites (primarily domestic).
Pay: $125,000–$150,000 annually
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities
● Contract Management: Experience with Service Level Agreements or managing KPIs/OKRs around equipment uptime and equipment performance.
● Operational Excellence: Develop and implement best practice Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), stakeholder training materials, and maintenance programs
(O&M) to maximize uptime, availability, and reliability of various DCFC EV charging equipment.
● Service Standards: Ensure compliance with customer specifications and contract requirements for the assigned account.
● Performance Analysis: Proactively analyze and manage both the technical (vehicle charging success) and operational performance (hardware and service staff) of the assigned locations.
● Cross-functional Coordination: Direct EVSE vendors (OEMs and ChaaS partners) alongside Vehicle Operations, Facility Management to coordinate and evaluate performance and program execution. Assist with development of communications supporting planned and unplanned events.
Qualifications
● Education & Experience: Advanced degree in related field plus 5 years of experience or a relevant combination of education and experience.
● EVSE Expertise: 3+ years of experience with EVSE or related field (Solar, BESS, renewables/energy infrastructure) preferred.
● Technical Skills: Experience with EVSE (charger) OEMs, Charging Management Systems and the Google suite of programs.
● Safety Knowledge: Basic awareness of OSHA and site safety best practices.
● Communication Skills: Ability to build a reporting framework from scratch, write reports, business correspondence, and effectively present information for training and reporting purposes. Comfort and ability to effectively communicate with a broad audience respond to questions from managers, stakeholders and vendors.
● Travel: Approximately 25% travel required.
