Description:You will be the Global Supply Chain Business Operations Manager for the Supply Chain Operations team. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional supply chain management and business operations to drive business growth and success.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Global Supply Chain Business Operations Manager you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and coordinating business operations activities across functional groups.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide strategic financial leadership to the Materials Cost Management team.
- Coordinate generation of Material EACs/ETCs, sales forecasting, proposal estimates, and supplier reporting.
- Ensure EVMS guideline adherence, risk analysis, and communication to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Material Estimating and cross‑functional leaders to align proposals with corporate policies.
- Lead recruitment, training, performance assessment, and recognition of subordinate staff.
- Partnering with various functional leadership, including Program Management, Operations, Contracts, Estimating, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment with corporate policies and achievement of business goals
- Analyzing and resolving complex business operations issues, and developing and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
