Lead a multi-discipline team to establish repair design requirements and ensure repairs are safe, durable, and meet the quality requirements of the OEM parts.

Research operating environments and functionality of components, their interactions with mating parts, and develop strategies which will return damaged parts back to service.

Create technical documents that provide engineering requirements for repairs.

Interface with commercial product line management (PLM) to secure priorities and understand programmatic issues.

Support the Customer in the resolution of field supportability issues.

Ensure repair tasks are completed to schedule and on budget.
What You Will Learn:

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials Engineering or equivalent and minimum 2+ years of related experience

US Citizenship required due to government contracts.

Qualifications We Prefer:

1-3 years of mechanical design experience.

Experience in the use of Unigraphics/NX or similar CAD application is required.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook

Experience with manufacturing processes: machining, heat treatment, wet laminating, adhesive bonding or curing.

Ability to Read and Understand Blueprints

Design using GD&T (Geometric Design and Tolerance).

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
