Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Production Operations Specialist to assist our team in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
A successful candidate will be a technical expert on team processes and procedures. The candidate will use that knowledge to guide process changes and improvements. Additionally, the candidate will serve as the primary interface between the technicians and the supporting functions throughout the facility.
Position Responsibilities:
- Implement routine manufacturing processes and assist with the development of new or revised processes
- Guide routine production activities and resolve problems of limited scope
- Assist with the investigation of product defects and production inefficiencies and supports the development of solutions to reduce/mitigate
- Review and approve standard technical documents
- Guides others in complying with staffing requirements
- Collect and interpret data
- Assist in translating data into actionable plan
- Review and validate corrective action plans
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience working with databases, data collection and preparation, and data interpretation
- 3+ years of experience reading blueprints, working with manufacturing plans, and reviewing instructions for aerospace manufacturing processes
- 3+ years of experience advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Previous manufacturing experience is desired

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $90,950 - $123,050.
