Job Summary
Exciting opportunity to join Hilton Supply Management's Strategy Planning & Insights team, where you will play a critical role in supporting operational supplier spend reporting processes. Working directly with the Director of Business Performance, you will serve as a key liaison between HSM and contracted suppliers, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting across a vast network of over 17,000 hotels. This position offers the chance to work with industry-leading suppliers while contributing to significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. You will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of supplier reporting systems, troubleshooting data quality issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Actively manage and troubleshoot incoming spend reports from contracted suppliers, ensuring external users are reporting in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards and underlying data to efficiently monitor supplier reporting status
- Review data quality of incoming spend to ensure key fields have been reported correctly and are adjusted by the external supplier user where needed
- Support onboarding of newly contracted suppliers to the reporting process, ensuring the correct suppliers are identified and that external users understand Hilton Supply Management's (HSM) guidelines and expectations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, primarily supplier contract owners, to capture support on problematic suppliers that require escalation

Experience
- 3+ years of Strategic Sourcing, Procurement and/or Business Intelligence experience
- Procurement or Supply Management experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience in business intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI and SQL preferred
