Caterpillar Switchgear is growing rapidly and the systems and processes necessary to support this growth need to be evaluated for improvement. This role will implement complex organizational change initiatives to systems and processes that enable the organization to achieve greater performance. This role requires an individual to work across the organization to identify areas for improvement and work with corporate teams to drive the improvements across the matrix organization.

What you will do:
• Conduct needs analysis and impact assessment to determine the most effective approach for implementing change.
• Provide consultation and recommendations to stakeholders to manage organizational change.
• Influence and lead people to adoption of the organization's change initiatives to attain business results.
• Carry out organizational change programs and activities and ensuring consistent and timely execution of change implementation plans.

• Follows proper data gathering and analysis processes and policies.

• Monitors effectiveness of the change effort including extent of acceptance.

Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00 - $192,710.00
