About the Role
As a Functional Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's product solutions. You will provide your implementation expertise to our clients while understanding how to best configure and test Workday solutions to meet their business requirements.

About You
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of functional experience in US Payroll and/or Time Tracking, Absence or Scheduling
3+ years consulting experience either as a consultant with a professional services company or as an internal consultant.
3+ years implementing or working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
English communication skills, written and verbal.

Más de 3 años de experiencia funcional en nómina de EE. UU. y/o control de tiempo, gestión de ausencias o planificación de horarios.
Más de 3 años de experiencia en consultoría, ya sea como consultor en una empresa de servicios profesionales o como consultor interno.
Más de 3 años implementando o trabajando con Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate o aplicaciones similares.
Se requiere título universitario (licenciatura) o experiencia equivalente. Habilidades de comunicación en inglés, tanto escritas como orales.
Other Qualifications
Passion for customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-
training.
Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
