- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in program or project management.
- 7 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working in the field of online safety, with a particular focus on youth digital safety and wellbeing.
- Experience in philanthropy (ideally within the tech philanthropy sector) with a focus on developing evidence-based social impact solutions and executing effective interventions within portfolio areas.

In this role, you will lead our Youth Digital Safety and Wellbeing (YDSW) global strategy, focusing on the intersection of people, technology, and safety. You will partner with regional teams to drive ambitious goals and develop global expertise.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$239,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Lead global strategy development for the YDSW portfolio, and act as the primary thought leader and central point of contact for YDSW, representing the Google organization in internal and external forums.
- Build global programs and grants, including AI-powered tools and scaled training initiatives.
- Build and lead a global community of practice to foster knowledge sharing and best practices across regions.
- Identify case studies and data to build compelling narratives for company messaging and key industry events; lead program launches designed to engage external stakeholders, executives, and the broader philanthropic ecosystem.
- Serve as the primary liaison for cross-functional teams to align on high-profile launches and executive engagements.
