Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.

Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco hardware on Local Area Networks (LAN) within classified environments
-
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
-
Effective customer service skills, including oral and written communications.

CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent 8570 IAT Level II or 8140 Intermediate for Network Operations Specialist). Strongly preferred or will need to obtain within first 6 months of employment.

Experience installing and operating SNMP-based network management tools (e.g. SolarWinds)

Experience configuring and troubleshooting RADIUS for 802.1x and AAA using Network Policy Server or Cisco Identity Services Engine
-
Experience configuring and operating Type-1 encryption devices (e.g. KG-175 series)
-
Associate-level Cisco certification (e.g. Cisco Certified Network Associate)
-
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance preferred.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
