Accounting data extraction and reconciliation

Labor and cost transfer submittals

Preparation of Work Authorization Documents; creation and maintenance of charge numbers

Assist in monitoring costs and manpower ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective

Generate program financial artifacts such as EV reports, graphs, and analysis, as required.

Provide PMO and CAMS with internal reports on cost and schedule performance
-
Perform data integrity checks and validations related to program financials.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience

Experience with MS Office
-
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer

Working knowledge of Excel pivot tables, filtering, graphing, and vlookups

Experience or exposure to performing cost control and analysis functions

Current SSBI clearance
-
Computer system familiarity and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong attention to detail and work quality

US Citizenship and the willingness and ability to obtain an SSBI clearance within one year of start date

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
