Responsibilities: Salesforce Developer
Responsibilities :
1. Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud features.
2. Implement business logic using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and validation rules
3. Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders, BAs, and offshore teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
5. Support system testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live production support
6. Ensure Salesforce best practices, security standards, and data integrity are followed
7. Create and maintain technical documentation
Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Sales Cloud configuration and customization
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, and Salesforce declarative tools
Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration
Solid understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management
Ability to work onsite at the New Jersey office and collaborate with global teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per month
