We are searching for the best talent for QC Inspector II.
The QC Inspector II performs inspections on incoming products and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all job duties in full accordance with Worldwide Policies on Information Asset Protection.
- Maintain passwords as confidential and protect Critical Business Information.
- Understand, incorporate, and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to DePuy’s business activities.
- Adhere to the Health Care Compliance Program policies and Code of Conduct.
- Complete routine inspections using applicable sampling plans and control plans to verify that products and services conform to quality, engineering, and Quality Assurance requirements.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, filing systems, and documentation in compliance with quality standards and GMP regulations.
- Perform sterile release activities, including review of documentation and products, as assigned.
- Initiate nonconformance records for products that do not meet specifications.
- Communicate business‑related issues and improvement opportunities to the next level of management.
- Take initiative to address problems and contribute to quality and operational improvements.
- Follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices.
- Ensure personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience is required.
- Experience in inspection, manufacturing, or operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of standard inspection techniques and tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) is required.
- Working knowledge of GD&T and blueprint interpretation and application.
- Ability to perform hands‑on troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interact with, influence, and lead cross‑functional and cross‑business unit teams.
- Strong tactical planning, execution, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and innovative problem‑solving in a fast‑paced, changing business environment.
- Results‑driven, decisive, proactive, and responsive.
