Job Summary
The Automation Supervisor – Digital Transformation leads the delivery of scalable automation and digital solutions across Supply Chain and Procurement processes. This role combines deep understanding of procurement operations with hands‑on leadership in digital transformation tools, including RPA, workflow automation, analytics, and low‑code platforms.
The Supervisor is accountable for transforming manual, transactional, and decision‑heavy procurement processes into efficient, compliant, and data‑driven digital solutions, while leading a global team of automation developers and partnering closely with business stakeholders, IT, and COEs.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Transformation & Automation Delivery
Lead end‑to‑end automation and digital solution delivery across Supply Chain & Procurement processes (e.g., sourcing, PR/PO, supplier onboarding, contract management, pricing, master data).
Design, build, deploy, and maintain RPA bots, workflow automations, low‑code applications, and analytics solutions using enterprise digital platforms.
Translate business problems into scalable digital solutions, ensuring alignment with global procurement strategies and transformation roadmaps.
Drive reuse, standardization, and scalability of automation assets across regions and business units.
Supply Chain & Procurement Domain Leadership
Act as a solution partner to procurement and supply chain stakeholders by applying strong domain knowledge to automation design.
Understand upstream and downstream impacts across Source‑to‑Pay, Procure‑to‑Pay, Supplier Management, and Master Data processes.
Ensure digital solutions improve cycle time, compliance, supplier experience, and decision quality across procurement operations.
Support transformation initiatives such as global process standardization, ERP modernization, and analytics‑driven decision making.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
Own automation intake, prioritization, and governance to ensure alignment with business value, risk, and capacity.
Ensure 100% compliance with security, audit, IT controls, and data governance standards.
Manage integrations with ERP and enterprise platforms such as SAP, PROcure, SCC, EXSM, and related systems.
Ensure operational stability through defect management, monitoring, and structured hypercare.
People Leadership & Capability Building
Supervise, coach, and develop a team of automation developers and analysts.
Build digital and procurement capability within the team, including RPA, low‑code platforms, analytics, and business process understanding.
Promote best practices in solution design, documentation, testing, and change management.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and delivery discipline.
Performance & Business Value
Drive measurable outcomes such as:
Reduction in manual effort and errors
Improved cycle times and SLA adherence
Increased automation reuse and scalability
Enhanced business visibility through analytics
Track delivery KPIs, automation success rates, and realized benefits to ensure sustained value.

Qualifications & Skills
Technical & Digital Skills
Overall experience minimum 10 years and leadership experience minimum 3 to 5 years as lead
Strong experience with Digital Transformation tools, such as:
RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.)
Workflow automation and low‑code platforms (Power Platform, similar tools)
Data & analytics tools (Power BI, dashboards, reporting automation)
Understanding of system integrations and enterprise architecture in procurement environments
Domain Expertise
Solid knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement processes, including Source‑to‑Pay and Procure‑to‑Pay workflows
Ability to apply domain expertise to solution design and transformation discussions
Leadership & Delivery Skills
Proven experience leading technical teams and managing multiple concurrent automation initiatives
Strong stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Experience working in global, matrixed environments
This position requires working onsite five days a week.Relocation is available for this position.Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.
