What We're Looking For
A Product Manager at Zebra Technologies plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's product offerings, ensuring products meet market demands, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role focuses on developing expertise in product lifecycle management, competitive market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to innovation and business growth. This is an opportunity to influence product vision, solve complex problems, and create value for customers worldwide.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Zebra's products, competitive landscape, distribution channels, and customer needs.
- Advocate for the voice of the customer, integrating their feedback into product development processes.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Knowledge and understanding of SW applications relevant to the use of the products for the markets and use cases enabled by the products
- Define and execute demand generation initiatives in and effort to drive realization of produc revenue plans, in collaboration with regional product and marketing.
- Works autonomously to develop and present business cases by completing supportive research, and delivering presentations to internal and external audiences, routinely including senior management.
- Owns product lifecycle management for assigned product lines including tactical execution, managing customer requirements, developing and driving end of life plans and execution of inventory objectives.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and market impact.
- Define and manage product offerings, following the New Product Introduction (NPI) process. Lead go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional initiatives.
- Provides recommendations to influence distribution strategy to meet market needs. Supports product launch by providing a comprehensive understanding of the value proposition.
- Deliver product training to sales, sales engineers, technical support and other internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-8 years work experience
Key Skills And Competencies
- Experience with AI-driven tools, such as machine learning-based diagnostic systems, virtual assistants, or predictive maintenance solutions, to improve customer support operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong business acumen and customer orientation, with a proven ability to balance customer needs with business goals.
- Intermediate knowledge of market dynamics and competitive landscapes in relevant categories.

Pay Range
$94,880.00 - $142,320.00 Annual
Incentive Compensation
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
