Business Process Analysis - Advisor II
About your role:
As a Business Process Analysis - Advisor II, you will support a horizontal function across the FS Implementations team, partnering with Delivery Owners in Rhonda Vreeland’s organization to improve process consistency, data quality, and operational efficiency. You will help strengthen Clarity and ServiceNow practices, identify automation and process improvement opportunities, and lead internal cost-saving and voice of the client initiatives that improve delivery outcomes.
What you'll do:
- Partner with Delivery Owners and cross-functional stakeholders across the FS Implementations team to assess current processes, document gaps, and implement improvements that increase efficiency and reduce cycle time.
- Improve Clarity and ServiceNow data hygiene by defining usage standards, monitoring adherence, and recommending corrective actions that support accurate reporting and operational visibility.
- Develop training materials, job aids, and best practices for Clarity and ServiceNow to support consistent adoption and execution across teams.
- Identify automation opportunities within implementation workflows and collaborate with business and technical partners to define requirements that improve team efficiency.
- Analyze siloed or inefficient practices, recommend process changes, and support implementation of standardized approaches across the organization.
- Lead internal cost-saving initiatives and voice of the client efforts by gathering feedback, identifying trends, and translating findings into actionable process improvements.
- Track process performance metrics and communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Experience you'll need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in business process analysis, operational improvement, or implementation support within a cross-functional business environment.
- 6+ years of experience using project portfolio management, workflow, or service management platforms such as Clarity, ServiceNow, or similar systems to support process execution and reporting.
- 6+ years of experience in documenting business processes, identifying control gaps, and implementing process improvements that improve efficiency, consistency, or data quality.
- Experience creating training materials, process documentation, and standard operating procedures for business users.
- Experience analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and presenting findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience identifying automation opportunities and translating business needs into process or system requirements.
- Experience supporting voice of the client, continuous improvement, or cost-saving initiatives.
- Experience in implementation, financial services technology, or enterprise operations environments.
- Experience leading work through influence in a matrixed organization.
How you'll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range
$120,000.00 - $198,000.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
