Caterpillar’s Remanufacturing Division is searching for a Strategy & Analytics Senior Manager. This role you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Cat Reman’s growth strategy. This is a highly visible leadership position for a strategic, action‑oriented professional who thrives on turning vision into results.
You will partner closely with Sales & Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Finance to accelerate profitable growth with a strong focus on customer value. You will assess opportunities, build scalable analytics capabilities, lead transformation initiatives, and govern execution of strategic priorities—ensuring alignment with broader Caterpillar goals.
This role combines strategy, analytics, and execution. You will lead and develop a high‑performing team, influence cross‑functional stakeholders, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
We’re looking for a self-starter with the energy and vision to create a clear roadmap and make it happen. You will understand how organizations work, have a strong business acumen and ideally bring experience in aftermarket and translating complex data into actionable insights. You will have direct responsibility for leading and developing a high performing team and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. This role demands personality, confidence, and the drive to put strategy into action

What You’ll Do:
- Lead strategic execution: Build and manage project plans, timelines, and resources for key growth and transformation initiatives.
- Orchestrate collaboration: Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and deliver high‑quality materials for monthly governance forums, including growth and strategic programs.
- Enable profitable growth: Translate strategic vision into actionable plans that drive alignment and momentum across teams.
- Measure what matters: Define KPIs, develop intuitive dashboards, and deliver clear, data‑driven updates to senior and executive leadership.
- Manage risk and progress: Monitor execution, anticipate challenges, and implement proactive solutions to keep initiatives on track.
- Optimize resources: Support budget planning and resource allocation to maximize impact.
Top candidates will also have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Progressive experience in strategy, analytics, program management, or business transformation—ideally within aftermarket, heavy equipment, or industrial environments
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate insights into strategy and action at pace
- Proven experience leading teams and delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives with measurable results
- Experience working in matrixed organizations with strong stakeholder and executive presence
- Familiarity with program management, LEAN and/or Six Sigma, and business planning processes
- Advanced analytics and reporting skills, including Power BI and data visualization tools
- Experience supporting executive‑level forums, councils, or governance processes
What skills you will have:

Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans with measurable results. Experience leading collaborative efforts across diverse teams.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques with a proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans with measurable results. Experience leading collaborative efforts across diverse teams.
Decision Making: Demonstrated ability to coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets across multiple functions to drive cross-functional execution. Project management skills are essential for this role.
Customer Focus: Knowledge of issues, opportunities, and challenges for conducting business in the international marketplace; ability to apply global perspectives appropriately in a wide range of situations.
Visioning: Understanding of the value of articulating an intended business outcome and ability to create and communicates a vision of the organization that motivates others to superior performance.
Consulting Process & Tools: Knowledge of consulting process; ability to engage in planning sales, conducting research and analysis, finding solutions and preparing recommendations.

Summary Pay Range:
$172,630.00 - $258,950.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
