Contingent Worker Proofing Team LeadWhat You Will Do*
-
Conduct daily operational standups to ensure teams meet SLA/business needs. Team lead provides operational guidance on areas of risk and breached SLAs to ensure overall operational success.

Act as first level of escalation for Contingent Worker proofing concerns/process issues. Provide day-to-day operational guidance to the team, adhering to standard work.

Assign new cases to proofing specialists utilizing ServiceNow. Monitor case queues for timely resolution of cases.

Responsible for ServiceNow escalated cases to ensure timely resolution.

Train and support new hires onboarding into the Contingent Worker proofing organization.

Ensure process documentation including standard work is kept up to date.

Lead process with a continuous improvement mindset; using RTX CORE principles, methodologies and tools.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 2 years prior relevant experience.

Prior experience gathering and documenting process requirements to create and maintain standard work and process flows.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Qualifications We Prefer

Previous experience working in a fast paced, compliance-driven environment.

Previous experience working in an HR or Global Trade Compliance support role.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic that emphasizes accuracy and diligence in assigned tasks.

Working knowledge of HCM (i.e. Workday) and Case Management Systems (i.e. ServiceNow).

Excellent communication skills and demonstrated customer service abilities.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
