ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Cross trained in all aspects of Administrative Services.
- Serve as back-up associate to other administrative services personnel including, admin help desk, mail distribution and delivery, concessions, maintenance of coffee bars and copy bars and Copy Center duties.
- Weekly collection of paper and documents from shred bins and coordination of secure delivery to firms shredding vendor.
- Move material within the office including boxes, documents, and furniture. The ability to lift at least 50 pounds is required.
- Conference Room, function, and event set-ups/break downs (tables, chairs, podiums and divider wall adjustments, including assisting with setting up catered food, ice, refreshments, cups, plates, plastic ware, napkins, etc.).
- Operates high volume duplicating equipment/digital copy machines.
- Assists with copy jobs as it pertains to finishing, (GBC Binding, 3-hole punch, staple).
- Pick up, sort, and distribute interoffice mail and deliveries.
- Delivery and/or pickup of items for firm business at various locations within the metro area with occasional trips out of town.
- Filing of documents at courthouses, submission of documents to judges and other court personnel, follow up on items submitted for approval to same, familiarizing oneself with online services to assist in these duties and keeping firm staff informed of the status of submitted and filed documents when needed.
- Deliver outgoing mail and overnight items to the Post Office and overnight shipping drop off locations.
- Act as back up and relieves on HelpDesk in Administrative Services department, as needed.
- Various other administrative tasks as may be assigned by the department supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months to one year minimum related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
