CDL A Flatbed Truck Driver – Regional/OTR – Home Regularly
We are an Oregon-based logistics company seeking a reliable and experienced CDL A Flatbed Driver to join our growing fleet. This is a full-time position operating a company-owned truck and 48' flatbed trailer, hauling loads primarily in Oregon, Washington, Idaho. We are looking for drivers who take pride in their work, follow procedures, communicate clearly, and are committed to safety and equipment care. Experience with flatbeds, tarping, and securing loads is required.

- Weekly average 1,300–2,500 miles, depending on availability and route

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A vehicle with a 48' flatbed
- Strap, chain, and tarp loads as required
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
- Ensure timely delivery and maintain ELD logs
- Maintain truck cleanliness and proactively report maintenance issues
- Navigate weather, traffic, and delivery changes professionally
- Maintain regular communication with dispatch and follow load instructions
- Comply with all DOT/FMCSA regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Valid CDL A License
- Minimum 3 years recent Class A experience with flatbed
- Experience with securing freight, strapping, chaining, and tarping
- Knowledge of Motive ELD or similar platforms
- Clean MVR and no major violations
- Physically capable to perform all necessary loading and unloading tasks
- Ability to drive long distances and adapt to changing conditions
- Pass pre-employment DOT drug screening
