Administrative Assistant (Contract)
Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join a dynamic executive office environment. This role is integral to the smooth operation of a fast-paced team, providing high-level administrative support to both the executive assistant and the broader executive office. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. This position requires someone who thrives in a collaborative setting, demonstrates strong professional judgment, and is committed to delivering outstanding support with discretion and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage complex executive calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling and prioritization of appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executive staff
- Plan, coordinate, and support meetings and events, including conference room setup and preparation
- Assist with new hire onboarding processes and facility operations
- Provide broad team support, serving as a backup executive assistant on various projects and tasks
- Arrange and manage daily lunch orders for the executive
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Complete special projects and ad hoc requests as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of calendar management experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required
- Prior experience supporting an executive office or executive assistant preferred
- Background in a technology or corporate environment strongly preferred
- Strong calendar management and scheduling abilities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Additional Details:
- Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)
- Duration: 7 months
- Pay Range*: $23.50 - $28 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
- Job Status: Non-Exempt
