Overview
Manage all Sub-Contractor relationships and service contracts supporting facilities operations across multiple campuses. Ensure compliance with GxP/cGMP, EHS, and company policies while maintaining cost control, service quality, and operational continuity.
Compensation: $86,611.20
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities
Top Responsibilities
- Maintain and update approved vendor list for all facilities services (HVAC, chillers, boilers, elevators, fire/life safety, water treatment, lab exhaust systems).
- Administer service contracts, including renewals, amendments, and compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
- Verify vendor insurance, COI, and certification requirements before mobilization.
- Track contract performance metrics and escalate non-compliance or service failures.
- Align subcontractor work with weekly maintenance schedules and shutdowns.
- Coordinate site access, permits (LOTO, hot work, confined space), and escort requirements.
- Validate invoices against contract terms and work completion; assist in cost control initiatives.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for all vendor work and support internal/external audits.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in vendor management, subcontract administration, or facilities operations within pharma/biotech or regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of service contracts, KPIs, and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems (Maximo, ServiceNow, SAP PM) for vendor work order tracking.
- Understanding of critical building systems: HVAC, chillers, boilers, BAS/BMS, fire/life safety, compressed air, DI/RO water systems, lab exhaust/fume hoods.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple vendors across sites.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to validation/change control and documentation requirements in GxP environments.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, competitive bidding, and cost analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint).
