- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Member of the technical support team working on Projects in Saudi Arabia, Egypt to achieve
department and project objectives.
- Receives and successfully understands and applies training on JCI Engineered Systems
equipment, selection/configuration tools and pricing systems
- Uses standard JOHNSON CONTROLS development processes and tools in performing tasks.
- DUTIES:
- Understand the project requirement and scope after going to technical specification.
- Provide appropriate solution to customer as per requirement using JCI product portfolio.
- Validates assumptions made during solution design. Builds a detailed cost estimate and scope of
work for assigned projects.
- Conducts detailed review of specifications, understands the specified requirements as well as
system concepts.
- Select HVAC equipment (such as AHUs, FCUs, CRAC, Fans and Air cooled Chillers) and applies
it correctly.
- Understands competitive products and the advantages JCI portfolio offers and develops
alternatives and optional offers that best serves the intent and positions JCI advantageously.
- Assists in preparing customer communication documents such as quotations, summary and
details product compliance statements.
- Performs detailed engineering or financial analysis to quantify cost savings or other customer
benefits.
- Providing optimized solution with accuracy within stipulated time.

- REQUIREMENT PROFILE (QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED):
- Bachelor’s degree Mechanical Engineering , added advantage AC & Refrigeration specialization.
- Two to four years experience in HVAC systems.
- Entry level function-specific licenses or certifications preferred (e.g., Professional engineer,
- Certifier energy carbon trader, Breem, LEED, etc.)
- Works effectively in team settings and displays leadership.
- Growing business analysis capabilities.
