Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Residential Roofing Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for motivated professionals with a passion for sales, business development, and customer service within the roofing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client accounts, and closing sales through direct and B2B channels. Experience in outside sales, territory management, and CRM software such as Salesforce is highly valued. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target residential clients and expand market presence
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives
- Manage territory accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting roofing solutions' benefits
- Negotiate contracts and close sales efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Upsell additional services or products to existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities
- Utilize CRM software like Salesforce for lead tracking, follow-ups, and pipeline management
- Collaborate with management on business development strategies and market analysis
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities for reporting purposes
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the roofing or construction industry preferred
- Strong background in territory management, lead generation, and account management
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on customer service and relationship building
- Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos and upsell effectively
- Experience in retail sales, inside sales, or management roles is a plus
- Strong analysis skills to evaluate market trends and customer needs
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to business development and management tasks
Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
