Responsibilities
- Engage in outside sales activities by identifying potential clients through lead generation, cold calling, and networking within assigned territories.
- Manage existing accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction, upselling, and long-term retention through effective account management techniques.
- Develop new business opportunities by conducting product demos, presenting customized solutions, and negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory status using CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Conduct regular territory management to optimize coverage, prioritize high-potential prospects, and maximize sales efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering technical sales support when needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Expertise in account management, territory management, and lead generation strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer data.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and foster long-term client relationships.

- Ability to perform inside sales activities including cold calling, follow-up communications, and customer service interactions.
